Strauss graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 1997 after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Dayton in 1993. Since graduating from DePaul, Mr. Strauss has worked as a trial lawyer in insurance defense in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home malpractice and other personal injury matters. He tried over 20 cases to verdict while an attorney at Meade, Engelberg and Associates. In addition, he participated in numerous medical malpractice trials while an associate at Kominiarek, Bresler Harvick and Gudmundson as a second chair. Mr. Strauss is a member of The Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and the Illinois State Bar Association. |
