Alec C. Moehn is an associate at Cunningham, Meyer & Vedrine. He works at the firm’s Warrenville office with a focus on medical malpractice and professional liability defense.
After earning his B.S. in political science at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Alec completed his legal education at Northern Illinois University College of Law. While at NIU, he gained tremendous experience working as a Rule 711-licensed student attorney at NIU’s Prisoners’ Rights Project where he helped prisoners fight for their civil rights in Federal court. He also was the Research Editor of the 2023-2024 Northern Illinois University Law Review where he carefully reviewed articles for publication in the law journal. He also published his article: Illinois’s Marijuana Madness: A Protectionist Scheme in the Shadow of the Constitution in the 44th Volume of Northern Illinois University’s Law Review.
He joined the firm in 2024 as a law clerk and stayed on as an attorney following his admission to the Illinois Bar.
