Ms. Lindbert focuses her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on medical and professional malpractice claims. Additionally, she represents clients in other general tort and commercial litigation matters. Over the course of her career, she has successfully litigated dozens of jury and bench trials. Ms. Lindbert received her J.D. from The University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (cum laude), and her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University (with honors). While in law school, she interned for Justice Stephen Markman of the Michigan Supreme Court. Ms. Lindbert has served on the board of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois since 2016. Super Lawyers has recognized her as a Rising Star for multiple years.

Ms. Mitchell practices in all areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on the defense of hospitals, medical professionals and other healthcare providers against medical negligence and other claims.  Ms. Mitchell has successfully litigated dozens of bench and jury trials throughout various counties in Illinois.  Since 2015, Ms. Mitchell has been recognized as an “Emerging Lawyer” by Leading Lawyers, which identifies the top lawyers who are 40 years or younger and have proven themselves professional, ethical and experienced at an early point in their career.  Ms. Mitchell has also been certified as a mediator by the Center for Conflict Resolution and has provided many hours of pro bono service mediating court cases in Cook County.
