Caitlyn E. Murphy is an associate at Cunningham, Meyer & Vedrine. She works at the firm’s Warrenville office with a focus on medical malpractice and professional liability defense.
Caitlyn earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, graduating cum laude, with Dean’s list honors and recognition for academic excellence, including CALI Awards for Excellence in Health Law: Quality & Safety and Cyberspace Law. During law school, she was a member of the UIC Review of Intellectual Property Law and gained valuable practical experience as an extern at the Circuit Court of Cook County.
Before attending law school, Caitlyn earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating with high honors in 2021.
Her professional journey with the firm began as a file clerk and later as a law clerk during law school, before joining the firm as an associate attorney following her admission to the Illinois Bar.
