Our Philosophy – Professionalism with Personal Attention

Since the inception of Cunningham, Meyer & Vedrine, the preeminent philosophy of the firm is that the client has a right to know how they are being represented in a litigation matter, and who the team members are that are being assembled to achieve a successful outcome. We encourage our clients to have constant input in the management of the case, and become an involved part of the litigation process. It is our belief that the client is an important and valued member of the litigation team.

We instill this tenet within our attorneys, who are exceptionally talented, creative and experienced litigators, whether in mediation, arbitration or trial forums. This synergism between client and attorney allows us to provide superior legal litigation representation that many people mistakenly believe can be only provided by large, national firms, whose focus may not singularly be within the litigation field. We believe that focused litigation expertise should be valued, not diluted, by the promise of being “all things for all people.” As a consequence, no client, and no matter, how big or small the issue may appear to be, receives nothing less than the total commitment and focus of our firm.
