Marisa Kay is an associate at Cunningham, Meyer & Vedrine where she focuses her practice on insurance defense in the areas of medical malpractice and complex personal injury.
Prior to joining the firm, Marisa worked at a plaintiff’s firm where she prosecuted cases and obtained several successful outcomes for her clients.
During law school, Marisa served as a paralegal for a family law firm. She was a staff editor of the John Marshall Law School Law Review. She earned Dean’s List honors and was awarded several Cali Awards. Marisa was also a teaching assistant for a legal writing class and served as a law clerk for a judge in the Cook County Law Division.
